Do This Every Day to Create What You Want.

 

When you have a vision for your life, it's important to create environments that support it.

Did you know that environment is stronger than willpower and can be the biggest catalyst for change?⁣

According to the book Atomic Habits, by James Clear, setting up your spaces to support your goals is the best way to create change in your behaviour.⁣

For example, if you have children, you can help them learn how to become organized and put their toys away, instilling good lifelong habits, by creating easy storage spaces that are simple to understand and toss items into, and you create a win-win situation. ⁣

If you want to begin a daily meditation practice, create a space for it.

Choose a chair, corner, or piece of floor and make that your regular spot.

If you want to call in a relationship, then activate the areas of your home that support the kind of relationship you want.

Of course, knowing what you want is key.

Getting very specific about what you want is important, otherwise, you just get what shows up.

If you’re like me, maybe you didn’t even know you really had a choice or the power to manifest the exact life you choose.

Here’s a tip, spend time every morning making a list of what you want. The sky is the limit.

Work on this list every day, change or add to it. Get the creative ideas flowing and you’ll be amazed over time how this works.

The important thing is to do it!
