How to Style Your Bedroom for a Good Sleep + Peaceful Mind.
The best way to ensure you will have a great sleep, wake up feeling peaceful, vital, and ready for a productive day is to use some simple Feng Shui tips.
Always keep your headboard against a solid wall this will allow you to feel safe and secure. When there is a window behind you or open space the Chi will be flowing through the area and your unconscious mind will be more active during the night and this will affect your sleep.
Paint colour is very important so I like to recommend flesh tones but remember the flesh tones range from very very pale peach all the way up to deep rich browns including shades of reds and purples so there are a lot of options I don’t recommend pure black or pure white.
Keep your bedroom uncluttered, keep things under your bed organized, and containers if you have jewelry or books make sure they’re organized and meaningful and sending positive messaging to your unconscious mind while you sleep.
Make sure you have art that is inspiring and uplifting and makes you feel good when you wake up in the morning.
Keep fresh flowers or a plant in your room but make sure you take care of it because a dead plant or dead flowers is definitely not the messaging that you want to be giving your unconscious mind do you want to see healthy thriving plants. I know dried flowers are popular and when they are new they are beautiful it’s just when they start to get dusty and old that it’s time to replace them.
I love having a chair in the bedroom or a bench but they often become dumping grounds for laundry so make sure to clean up that laundry right away keep your room tidy especially when you go to bed at night, that will help for a peaceful sleep.
